Jacqueline (Jackie) is a seasonal human resources professional with extensive experience leading people strategies, building strong organizational cultures, and driving talent development.

With a career spanning 30 years across diverse industries, and currently as Director of People Services at British Columbia Rapid Transit Company (BCRTC), she has led teams to develop and implement talent and culture programs that support business growth, employee engagement and inclusive workplace.

Jackie sees herself as a servant leader for it gives her great satisfaction when she’s able to help individuals to realize their full potential, and teams to achieve collective goals.  Her passion and expertise in capacity and organizational building extends in her volunteer work, Jackie is an active member in the community including Chinatown associations.
