Since opening in July 2023, the Chinese Canadian Museum has become a dynamic space for cultural engagement and dialogue. Through public programs and hundreds of tours, the museum has connected communities, reached students of all ages, and built a growing digital audience.

The museum is committed to including accessibility for all ages and abilities. That’s why we’re proud to achieve RHF Accessibility Certified Pre-Construction under the Rick Hansen Foundation Accessibility Certification™ (RHFAC) program!
RHFAC provides organizations with an understanding of the overall level of meaningful access of their sites, based on the holistic user experience of people with varying disabilities affecting their mobility, vision and hearing. We are joining the ranks of more than 2,283 sites across Canada that have been rated through the program.
