Scarlet is the Retail and E-Commerce Manager at the Chinese Canadian Museum. Born in Hong Kong, Scarlet immigrated to Canada as a young child and was raised in Richmond and Coquitlam, BC. With her grandparents being her primary caretakers growing up, Scarlet learned from a young age the importance of preserving her Chinese culture and language.

Scarlet studied Sociology at Simon Fraser University and is excited to be able to combine her studies with her retail and management experience in her role at the Chinese Canadian Museum. She is beyond thrilled to be able to play an important role in the growth and expansion of the museum gift shop, and to be able to explore the works of many Chinese Canadian creators and artists.

Outside of the museum, Scarlet enjoys trying out new restaurants with her family and friends and getting lost in a fantasy novel with her kitten curled up in her lap.
