Karima Chellouf is a third-generation Chinese-Canadian chef with a deep love for food, history, justice, art, and the creative process of bringing them all together.

Over the last 14 years, Karima has worked in fine restaurants and patisseries across so-called "Vancouver", co-facilitated a summer of weekly pop-up events, and independently contributed food, words, and presentations to events with Lululemon, Whole30, Stratagem Virtual, Werklab, the Vancouver International Film Festival, Hasbro Games, eOne Entertainment, Wizards of The Coast, Fresh Roots Farms, Growing Chefs, Centre A: Vancouver International Centre for Contemporary Asian Art, speaker panels, and many more.
