Larry is a shareholder of Boughton Law Corporation and has practised law in Vancouver for over 25 years. His practice focuses on corporate finance and securities and advising venture capital start-ups.

He helps early stage start-up companies to large publicly listed corporations strategize, coordinate and plan corporate transactions, which include private securities offerings, initial public offerings, regulatory requirements under Canada and US federal securities statutes. 

His professional passion is to promote BC and Canada as a major player in the international market and help international companies establish and conduct business in Canada. Having grown up in Asia, he understands the cultural background and quickly becomes a trusted advisor to businesses and helps them navigate the landscape to achieve their goals from a new perspective in a new culture.
