Carrie Wong
Carrie serves as Development Coordinator and Board Liaison for Administration at CCM, supporting key fundraising initiatives, donor stewardship, donor database management, and solicitation efforts to ensure the Museum’s development operations. She directs planning and executing major donor events, coordinates donor appreciation and record-keeping, solicits in-kind contributions, and researches prospective sponsors.
In her role as Board Liaison, Carrie oversees the operations of the Board Office and facilitates confidential communications with the Board Chair, the Board of Directors, and the CEO. Acting as a liaison between management and committees, she ensures effective collaboration to achieve targeted results for the museum's sustainability.
Having relocated to Vancouver, B.C. with her family in 2018, Carrie previously served as the Core Lead and Event Manager for renowned financial institutions in her hometown, Hong Kong. Her professional expertise lies in strategic planning, problem-solving, and orchestrating conferences and events of various scales, particularly across the Asia ex-Japan region.
Outside of her professional life, Carrie enjoys leisure travel with her family to explore the treasures and history of the world and crafting thoughtful creations for friends and family.
