Debra oversees the fundraising program at the Chinese Canadian Museum, championing philanthropy to support its exhibitions, educational programs, operations, and more.

With a career spanning nearly two decades in Vancouver's non-profit sector, Debra brings a unique combined background in curation, communications, marketing, and most significantly, fundraising. Prior to joining the Chinese Canadian Museum, she progressed as a major gift fundraiser at the Vancouver Art Gallery, UBC Sauder School of Business, and recently, BC Children's Hospital Foundation.

In her role, Debra is excited to build meaningful and impactful relationships with private supporters, including donors and sponsors at all levels, fostering a culture of philanthropy that will nurture the present and long-term growth of this extraordinary cultural organization.
