Sally Yeh Officially Inducted Into the BC Entertainment Hall of Fame

Sally Yeh.jpg

Standing ovation for Sally Yeh! Proudly nominated by the Chinese Canadian Museum, Sally Yeh is officially inducted into the BC Entertainment Hall of Fame — becoming one of the first Chinese Canadian artists to receive this honour.

From Victoria, B.C. to Hong Kong stardom, Sally transformed the sound and image of Cantopop and Mandopop, bridging East and West and redefining what it means to be a global Chinese Canadian artist.

In "Dream Factory: Cantopop Mandopop 1980s–2000", Sally’s trailblazing career is brought to life through a reimagined concert costume by fashion designer Charlotte Chang and her timeless music video, "Autumn Comes and Goes".

Sally will be part of the 2025 class of recipients for BCEHOF's StandingOvations, whose special merit for their outstanding contribution to the performing arts in B.C. will be recognized inside the Orpheum Theatre.

This milestone celebrates both Sally’s extraordinary career and the rich cultural legacy of Chinese Canadians in B.C.’s artistic history. Congratulations, Sally!
