Q: Is photography or filming allowed in the exhibition space?
A: Non-flash, non-commercial photography is allowed inside the space. For commercial photography and/or any other media inquiries, please contact [email protected]
Q: Are pets allowed in the exhibition
A: No pets or animals other than service dogs are permitted in the space.
Q: Is food or drink allowed in the exhibition?
A: Eating and drinking is not permitted in the exhibition, and any food or drink must be stored away in spill proof containers (eg: water bottle, tupperware container etc.) and/or bagged.
Q: Is there a storage space for those attending the exhibition?
A: No. We are unable to store personal belongings for visitors.
Q: I think I left something behind at the exhibit!
A: No worries. Our staff do a sweep of the exhibition floor at the end of each day and keep any items left behind in our lost and found. If you suspect that you left something behind in the space, feel free to drop by or contact us to inquire:

Q: I made a reservation but have not received a confirmation. What should I do next?
A: Confirmations may take up to 24 hours to be processed. If you have not heard from us past the 24 hours mark, please email us with the subject line: Booking Request (Your Name), or call during our open hours.
